Have you ever truly understood the relationship between you and your “Core?” There are specific structures in our bodies which are underused daily and usually due to a lack of awareness and understanding.
Through a unique fusion of Gentle Hatha, Mat Pilates, Yin yoga, pranayama disciplines, you will be educated on the fundamentals and applications of how to identify and practice more integratively with your own core stability.
Start off with Gentle foundational movements and breath work to awaken the pelvic floor and deep core stabilizers, tone and strengthen with Pilates Mat + Core exercises and movements, complete with a complementary yin based release series for everywhere worked prior.
