Using Ayurveda and energy medicine; learn how to harness your prana for physical, mental, and spiritual protection. Develop a presence that is reflective of your highest self, as opposed to one that expresses your insecurities. Leave with daily practices to help you regain energy, boost your immune system, clear your mind, and remind you of your inherent vigour and resilience.
This session is both theoretical and experiential.
