Joint Kailie for a Breath and Movement Vinyasa class. Time to take it down a notch. Breath deeply, move slowly, calm your mind and reconnect to yourself. Moving slowly can be challenging mentally and physically. Expect to sweat and feel sensations from the deepest layers out. Let this time be yours.

Kailie Woods

Kailie is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist and 500+ level trained/ certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor. She explores and offers all styles of movement including: Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin/Yang, Pre Natal and Mat Pilates. Infusing her beloved knowledge love of TCM, Yoga and Pilates has allowed her to approach the classroom with her own style and uniqueness. Kailie has a playful, humble & challenging teaching approach. She loves to learn, laugh and explore alongside of her students. Off the mat and out of the treatment room - you will find Kailie enjoying boat life, exploring the island with her loves, or tucked away at home making jewelry and paintings. She loves the community of Victoria and feels blessed to be alongside this journey with you.
