Description

For yoga teachers of all rhythms of hatha yoga, including power, vinyasa, gentle and flow forms.

From her almost 14 years of teaching hatha yoga in varying rhythms, and from the shared wisdom of her own teachers over the years, Christine has come to recognize some key tools and techniques that have become the backbone of her teaching. In this workshop, she will offer you 5 immediately applicable tools and techniques toward your offerings being increasingly clear, balanced, integrated and easeful teaching experiences. Together with your teaching peers, you will be given short relevant teaching or journaling exercises in which to immediately apply the technique, and then given take home material for continued practice.
