Listen to the whispers of wisdom from within and write from the heart in this guided journaling workshop. Arrive fully, relax, breathe, write, reflect, affirm and receive. No prior writing or journaling experience necessary to get full benefit from this Yoga on the Page workshop. Please bring a favourite pen and journal to go to the page and write!

Lynda Monk, MSW, RSW, CPCC, founder of Creative Wellness and Director of the International Association for Journal Writing, is passionate about the healing and transformational power of journaling and expressive writing.
