​Are you a workshop presenter or teacher trainer? In this workshop, we are going to look at the two essential components of leading a great experience: preparation and facilitation. In preparation, we will look at the how you can create, structure, and plan an event for the maximum impact on your students. In facilitation, we will look at how you can hold space as an educator, manage common classroom issues, and set yourself up for success.

Drawing on more than two decades of practical facilitation experience as well as her academic expertise in Instructional Design, Rachel will help give you the pragmatic tools you need to create an elevating and inspirational learning experience for your students.
