Join Jay for an exploration of Joy in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. Connect to your inner fire, freedom and delight. Explore this ancient yogic practice that provides modern tools to energize, revitalize, and reorganize lower energy states into vibrant, joyful states of being. Shed energy draining patterns and feel better! Experience the joy of being YOU.

Excellent for those brand-new to Kundalini Yoga and seasoned practitioners. No previous experience necessary. Options for all bodies, ages and abilities. We will kindle the inner fire and light the joy within! See you there!

Participants Need

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle (that can close tight), a comfortable seat (chip foam block/bolster/cushion), blanket for savasana if you choose, layered clothing (we will move and meditate), and notebooks/journals are welcome.

Jay Suttonbrown, E-RYT 500, RPYT, YACEP, has been practicing and studying Yoga for over 20 years. Jay has been a Yoga Teacher, Studio Owner and Teacher Trainer in beautiful British Columbia for over a decade. From Vancouver to Victoria, Haida Gwaii to Nanaimo, Jay's mission is to empower individuals to connect with their inner wisdom, share their joy, and awaken their power and light. She teaches Hatha, Yin and Restorative practices, but her heart vibrates the technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. The Founder of Manipura Yoga College, Jay loves training Yoga Teachers to share their vision with the world.
